Profile
Born in Kita Ward, Osaka. Lived in New York, USA until 2011. Returned to Japan following the Great East Japan Earthquake.
After returning to Japan, I witnessed the language and procedural barriers faced by foreign nationals in Japanese society, as well as instances of insensitive speech and actions toward them. As someone who had lived abroad and personally understood the challenges of being a “foreigner,” I felt compelled to help in whatever way I could.
In 2016, I registered as a Gyoseishoshi and opened “Inui Gyoseishoshi Office” in Tenjinbashi, Kita Ward, Osaka. Focusing on immigration-related services, I have continued to serve the local community.
In May 2026, I established Inui Gyoseishoshi Corporation and became the Representative Partner.

Message from the Representative
I was born in Kita Ward, Osaka. In 2011, while living in New York, the Great East Japan Earthquake led me to return to Japan.
Upon returning, I was deeply shocked to witness hateful speech and actions directed at foreign residents in Japanese society. Having lived abroad as a “foreigner” myself, the pain of those targeted was something I could not view with detachment.
“I want to help those struggling with language and procedural barriers”—with this conviction, I became a Gyoseishoshi in 2016 and opened my office in Kita Ward, Osaka.
Across immigration procedures, disability welfare, and the construction industry, I have made it my priority to engage sincerely with each client’s unique situation. As we mark the 10-year milestone and establish our corporate structure, our entire team is committed to serving even more clients than before.
“When you face difficulties with administrative procedures, there is a place you can rely on.” We aspire to remain that office for you.
